2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Order Placement: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. This email does not confirm acceptance of the order. Your order will only be accepted once payment is processed and your items are shipped.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment through credit cards, eftpos, Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay and Union pay.
2.3 Order Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping

3.1 Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen method of shipment.
  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

3.2 International Shipping

  • Orders placed before 9am (AEDT) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the following morning.
  • USA: 4-6 business days. 
  • NZ: 3-5 business days
  • EUR: (UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland) 3-7 business days
  • EASTERN: 7-12 business days
  • REST OF EUROPE: 5-9 business days
  • Nana-J is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post or DHL Express.

  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, shipping times may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as weather, customs delays, or strikes. We will notify you of any significant shipping delays.

3.4 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

3.5 Incorrect Address:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nana-j.com to make changes before your order is dispatched.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Returns Policy:

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent items.

4.3 Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • The item being exchanged must be in new, unused condition.

    • All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

    5.2 Taxes:

    • Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian customers.
    • International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the total price at checkout. Customers are responsible for these charges.
