1. What sizes do you offer?
Our loungewear sets are designed with beautiful stretch to ensure you can enjoy them at any moment. We currently have x 3 set sizes, S/M, M/L & L/XL. For detailed measurements, please refer to our size guide on the product page to help you find your perfect fit.
2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse our collection and add your selected items to the shopping cart.
- Review your order and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and payment information.
- Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please double-check your order details before finalising your purchase. If you’ve made an error in your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before your order is processed and shipped.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic (Australia) Shipping:
1-5 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping:
Orders placed before 9am (AEDT) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 9am will be shipped the following morning.
USA: 4-6 business days.
NZ: 3-5 business days
EUR: (UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland) 3-7 business days
EASTERN: 7-12 business days
REST OF EUROPE: 5-9 business days

5. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll see the total shipping cost before confirming your order.

10. How do I care for my loungewear?
Nana-J garments are made from a durable knit designed to stand the test of time in your wardrobe. Extend the life of your garment by washing in cold water with some gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry.
11. I’ve forgotten my password for my account. How can I reset it?
